By accessing and using mindbodybycristiano.com or booking any service offered by Mind+Body by Cristiano, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Mind+Body by Cristiano offers licensed massage therapy, personal training, and meditation coaching services in Los Angeles, California. All services are performed by or under the direction of Cristiano Tejeda, a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer.

Massage therapy is a complementary wellness service. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician for medical concerns.

3. Booking & Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all single sessions
The deposit is applied in full toward your session total
Session balance is due at the time of service via Cash or Zelle
Membership plans are charged monthly via Stripe with no deposit required
Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received and Cristiano confirms via text

4. Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the $50 deposit
No-shows forfeit the full session deposit
Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice via text to (213) 636-1398

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

By booking a session, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older
You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications that may affect your session
You understand that massage therapy is a complementary wellness service and not medical treatment
You have received physician clearance if you have any serious medical condition
You take full responsibility for your health decisions related to receiving massage therapy

Mind+Body by Cristiano is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health outcomes resulting from services received. Individual results vary.
