Yes — 10% off all sessions on Mondays at the Brentwood studio and Sundays at the Santa Monica studio. First-time client discounts and discounts for law enforcement and emergency workers are available — mention it when Cristiano texts you to confirm your booking.

60-minute sessions are focused work on specific areas — lower back, neck and shoulders, or legs. 90-minute sessions allow Cristiano to work through the full body comprehensively, incorporating all techniques including Hyperice, deep tissue, sports massage, and a full Swedish integration at the end. For athletes or those with widespread tension, 90 minutes is recommended.
The Mind Reset is a 45-minute guided meditation session focused on releasing tension, stress, and mental blocks holding your body back from full recovery. It's included in the Mind+Body and Break Your Algorithm membership plans, and available individually for $85. Cristiano will guide the full session.
